Can I return my cover?

Returns & Refunds

Most Kuvr® products are custom-made to order, using a guided design and approval process to ensure the correct fit first time.

Because custom-made items are manufactured specifically for you, returns and refunds work differently compared to standard-size products. This page explains how returns work, what we cover, and how we put things right if there’s a problem.


Custom-Made Covers (Made to Your Specifications)

Custom covers are manufactured specifically to the measurements, materials, and design details agreed during the design process.

For that reason, custom-made covers cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a genuine issue related to manufacturing, materials, or transit damage.

When You CAN Return a Custom-Made Cover

You can request a repair, replacement, or refund if the issue is due to our error, including:

  • faulty seams or construction
  • material defects
  • incorrect dimensions despite correct approved diagrams
  • incorrect fabric or specification used
  • damage in transit

If the issue is our responsibility, we will put it right. That may mean repairing the cover, remaking it, or issuing a refund depending on the situation.

Our First-Time Fit Guarantee

Every custom cover goes through a structured design process before manufacture:

  • clear measurement guidance
  • optional photos to help us understand your item
  • scaled design diagrams for review
  • manufacture only after approval

This process exists to catch issues before anything is made.

As a result, covers should almost always fit correctly first time.

If something goes wrong due to a mistake on our part, we remake it.

When You CANNOT Return a Custom-Made Cover

Custom-made covers are not eligible for refund if:

  • you change your mind after ordering
  • you decide on a different colour or fabric after manufacture
  • the project is cancelled
  • the cover was manufactured exactly to the approved diagrams and specifications
  • incorrect measurements or details were supplied and approved

This list is not exhaustive and is provided for guidance only. Each situation is assessed fairly and reasonably.


Standard-Size Products

Some Kuvr® products are sold in standard sizes rather than made to order.

Standard-Size Return Window

  • Standard-size products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition

Damage in Transit

If your cover arrives damaged:

  • do not install or use it
  • take photos of the damage immediately
  • keep all original packaging
  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We’ll arrange a replacement or collection as appropriate.

Installed or Used Covers

Installing or using a cover does not remove your right to support if the issue is due to a genuine manufacturing defect.

If a cover fails because of faulty seams, material defects, or construction issues, contact us and we’ll assess it properly.

Explain the issue and provide any relevant photos or details. We’ll review it and may be able to offer:

  • adjustments or alterations
  • a repair
  • a goodwill solution

We’re reasonable people and we want customers to be satisfied with what they receive.
