How long until I receive my designs?
Within 24 hours. This applies whether you've placed an order or submitted a free design request.
What's included?
An email with a link to our design approval portal, where you can view and download scaled technical drawings as PDF/JPG files.
Haven't received your designs?
If you haven't received an email after 24 hours:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Search for emails from our domain, kuvr.co
- Contact us with your order number or free design request reference number
We'll resend immediately.
Note: We may occasionally need to contact you for clarification before completing your designs. If we're waiting on a response from you, this may extend the 24-hour window.
