How does the design approval process work?

When do I receive designs for approval?

Within 24 hours, whether you placed an order or submitted a free design request.

What do the designs include?

Scaled technical drawings showing all measurements, material and colour specifications, fixing positions, and seam locations where applicable. Supplied as PDF/JPG files.

How do I approve or request changes?

You'll receive an email with a link to our design approval portal. From there:

  • Approve: Click Approve if you're satisfied. Your order goes straight to production (assuming payment is complete). No further changes can be made after this point.
  • Request Amendment: Add notes describing what needs changing. You can upload images or diagrams to help clarify. We offer unlimited amendments, nothing goes to production until you're entirely satisfied.

What happens after I approve?

  • If you've already paid, your order goes straight to production.
  • If you submitted a free design request, we'll send a payment link. Your order goes to production once payment is received.
