What is a free design request?
Our free design service enables you to receive free scaled diagrams of your custom cover before you commit to an order. No payment required, no obligation to proceed.
How do I request free designs?
After customising your cover via the product page, click "Request Free Design" (found directly below the Add to Cart button). This adds your design to the blue Free Design Request drawer on the right side of the screen.
You can add multiple design requests across different products. When ready, open the drawer, enter your name and email, and submit. We'll email your designs within 24 hours.
What happens after I receive my designs?
You'll receive a link to review your diagrams via our design approval portal. From there you can approve, request changes, or do nothing — there's no obligation to proceed.
If you decide to go ahead, you'll receive a link to complete payment. Once paid, your order goes straight into production.
