Do you ship to the USA?

Yes — Kuvr ships to the USA. Kuvr is a made-to-measure outdoor cover manufacturer. Every cover is built to the measurements of a single item, and we ship direct to addresses across the United States.

What can I order from the USA?

Anything we make to measure. If it is built to your dimensions, it ships to the US. We add to the range regularly, so the current line-up is on the store. Fabric sample packs ship to the US as well.

Do I pay duties or import charges?

No. Orders shipped outside the UK are sent delivered duty paid. We cover the import duties and taxes ourselves, so there is nothing extra to pay when your cover arrives.

What currency will I be charged in?

US dollars. Open kuvr.co from the United States and you see the US store, with every price in USD. You order and check out in dollars.

Is Kuvr a US company?

Kuvr started in the UK and is now established in the US as well. It is one business that trades under different company names in different parts of the world, so US customers buy from Kuvr LLC. Covers are made in our own factories in the UK and South Asia, then shipped direct to you. Read more about us.

What does delivery to the US cost, and how long does it take?

Shipping to the US is calculated at checkout, before you pay. Production is the longer part of the wait. The current lead time is shown on every product page as you order, and the clock starts when you approve your design, not when you order. Our shipping page has the full detail.

Can I return a cover if I am in the US?

Yes, on the same terms as anywhere else. Most Kuvr covers are made to your measurements, so returns work differently to off-the-shelf products.
