Here's how shipping works, what it costs, and how to track your order.

How long will my order take?

Most of what we make is custom, so lead times move with demand. You'll always see the current figure on the product page as you order, and on our shipping page, which also answers the common questions. The clock starts when you approve your design, not when you order.

Do you ship worldwide, and what does it cost?

We ship made-to-measure covers and fabric sample packs worldwide — standard-size stock products are UK-only for now. Shipping is free within the UK; elsewhere it's shown at checkout. Orders outside the UK are delivered duty paid, so there's nothing extra to pay on arrival.

Tracking and everything else

We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. For the full terms — damaged orders, when risk passes, and address changes — see our shipping policy.
