How do I measure for a Custom Round Table Cover?
This guide explains how to measure your round table for a custom-fitted Kuvr® Outdoor Table Cover, including each required measurement, where to take it, and how to record it accurately. There are 2 measurements to take, labelled A to B.
Important
Provide exact measurements with no extra allowance added. Kuvr® adds a standard tolerance of +25 mm (1 in) to the width and depth for a comfortable fit; no allowance is added to the height. You can measure in centimetres, inches, or metres — you choose your preferred unit when you configure the cover.
Please include photos
Photos of your round table, taken from a few angles alongside your measurements, help us understand the exact shape and get your cover right from the outset. Including a tape measure in shot for scale is ideal.
The measurements
A — Total width (diameter)
The diameter across the round tabletop at its widest, straight across from edge to edge (include any overhang).
B — Total height
The vertical height from the floor to the top of the table surface.
Frequently asked questions
Do I include the tabletop overhang?
Yes. Measure to the outer edge of the tabletop — including any overhang or glass insert that projects beyond the frame or legs — so the cover clears the widest point.
Should I use a table guide or a set guide?
Use a set guide if you want the table and its chairs covered together; use a table-only guide if you just want the tabletop covered. Pick the shape that matches your table.
My furniture isn't quite the shape shown — what should I do?
Measure to the closest points shown and send a couple of photos alongside your figures; we’ll confirm the exact fit from those.
Can I measure in inches?
Yes. Measure in centimetres, inches, or metres — you choose your preferred unit when you configure the cover. Keep the same unit throughout.
